# Wide Review of Proposed Amendments
The mode under which the VCWG operated called for a 14-day review period for every proposed change, whether substantive or editorial. The [Credentials Community Group](https://www.w3.org/community/credentials/) was the primary recipient of such review requests, but regular review was also sought from the [Decentralized Identifiers Working Group](https://www.w3.org/groups/wg/did). Additional review was saught from [ISO SC17/WG10](https://www.iso.org/committee/45144.html) and [IMS Global](https://www.imsglobal.org/).
