EDPS Preliminary Opinion on "privacy by design" mentions DNT

The European Data Protection Supervisor published a preliminary 
Opinion[1] today on the GDPR and "privacy by design". It mentions DNT 
(paragraphs 82 & 88), though only as something that has been implemented 
already.

It does say, however, that it wants and expects more technical solutions 
to be developed.
