Hi Folks,

here are my updates:
- No sign of life from IAB Europe so far ;-)
- W3C may be open to a extension of our charter to September to see
  whether GDPR brings more members to join.

I did not receive any newly raised issues.
As a consequence, I suggest to cancel.

Our next call will be April 09 (April 02 is a holiday in Germany).
