Hi, I stumbled upon this work-in-progress in the issue tracker for Brave’s Chromium-rewrite where they were in the progress of removing support for navigator.doNotTrack over concerns that it could be used for fingerprinting. https://github.com/brave/brave-core/pull/114 They wanted to leave DNT: 1 but remove navigator.doNotTrack. I think I got them to change their minds on this (at least they changed the issue title), but maybe someone from the working group would like to chime in on the discussion over in their bug tracker? -- Daniel ‘da2x’ Aleksandersen
