Dear Addison thanks a lot for your comments and your kind reminder. Unfortunately, we are probably unable to address your helpful comments. Since no browser is willing to implement the final draft that aims at managing consent for GDPR, we decided to close the working group around TPAC. We decided to publish the last consensus release (CR) as a Note. For this Note, your issues remain documented in GitHub. If people see a need for managing privacy consent using our standard, then the Note and these issues are a good starting point. Roy: Does the current CR include a pointer to the list of open issues? IMHO it should. I am sorry that I do not have better news (for you and us ;-). I hope that you are fine with this approach. If you have any alternative approach or comments, do not hesistate to email the list and/or myself.
