As some of you knew beforehand and those on today's call have heard I'll be departing the W3C Tracking Protection Working Group. My current last day at Oath (formerly Yahoo) is January 2nd - although I may be extended a bit to help out with GDPR compliance work. After whatever that time period is I'll be taking some time off and then moving to semi-retirement for a few years before really checking out full time. I was here at the very beginning as part of the team that scored papers for consideration at the first group meeting at MIT. I've seen a considerable flux in interest and friction over that time and continue to be a strong supporter of the group's original objectives. With ePR starting to take on its final shape I believe the group will find renewed interest in 2018. Perhaps I'll be fortunate enough to have one of my consulting gigs bring me back to group. Until then - I hope our paths cross but even where they don't I wish you each the greatest success in your careers and the happiest of days with your friends and family. Take care and Happy Holidays (a bit early but only 40 days left to shop for xmas so...), - Shane Shane Wiley VP, Privacy Oath: A Verizon Company
