Hi Folks,

enclosed is the timeline towards our next CR:
- March 12 (our next call): No longer accepting new issues to address in
this release. After this date, new issues can be raised but will not be
processed.
- April 08: Discussion closes. This means that all issues that have been
resolved by then will be implemented.
- Unresolved issues will be pushed to Version 2.
- April 22: Spec freeze: By April 22, the spec should be frozen and only
debugging / proof-reading continues.
