Happy New Year!

According to Wendy, we have gained the required 5% of member votes!
Congratulations! Unfortunately, Wendy still works on the process to
finalize our new charter. However, she indicated that this will soon be
done. In any case, I suggest we continue finalizing our TPE while these
final tasks are in the pipeline.


This Wednesday, we will have a call at our regular time. The agenda
items on my radar are:

1. Potential updates on the process by Wendy

2. Discussion of open issues: https://github.com/w3c/dnt/issues

3. I received a request to double check that our regular meeting time is
still optimal. Let us collect alternatives and then conduct a doodle-vote.
