Re: fyi: Using labels to manage the status of issues

Github has the projects feature, we could create a simple kanban board with columns for each of the statuses (01-pending-new, 02-discussing, 04-wg-consensus). This would work well since they're sequential.

based on the suggestion by Nick, I now use labels to manage the state of
each issue. Feel free to have a look at:
