New place for issues

The Respec library has a bug since this morning, so our documents e.g.
https://www.w3.org/2011/tracking-protection/drafts/tracking-dnt.html no
longer look too good. 

 

I have reported it on the respec gihub  repo.

 

I have added a couple of issues to our new place for them, which is, for
those not attending the call yesterday, https://github.com/w3c/dnt.

 

Wendy, can we get file upload access to this?
