I'd love to hear people's thoughts on this.

Folks will see on the thread Mike has shared that I am wondering if
eventually there will be a requirement in the EU to have explicit,
affirmative consent to run dynamic content/script. I think that may be
a bit sensational, but I do wonder if that is one possible outcome if
there aren't standards for communicating [something] about ad
preferences.
