Agenda for Wednesday

Dear TPWG,

 we will meet on Wednesday. I would like to schedule two discussions:

 - Status update on the vote on our new charter (Wendy if possible)

 - Discussion of open issues https://github.com/w3c/dnt/issues [1]

 The goal of the second discussion is to assign action items for
 proposing changes to then update the TPE spec.
