I have implemented the JavaScript API in a Chrome extension. It supports
consent revoke, third-party list restrictions for site specific exceptions
(arrayOfDomainStrings), cookie type domain parameters and consent
expiration.
To test it I needed a page to exercise it and this may be useful to others.

The page also links to the extension on the Chrome app store so you can try
it out. The only functionality at the moment is to implement the exception
API and doNotTrack property so it has no UI yet.
It should easily port to other browsers that support the Chrome extension
API, so Firefox is next.
