If I can put in a plea:  if you want to use your phone, it REALLY helps to bring up WebEx FIRST, and then click “I will dial in”.  WebEx will then show you the phone number AND give you a personal ID number, that you enter on the phone, and then you show up in WebEx as called-in by name, not as “call-in user 23” or the like.  And we save a lot of time and energy on who’s on the call, who’s making noise, and so on.  (I have no idea why this is not part of the w3c instructions).
