TPWG teleconference scheduling (was Re: No TPWG teleconference April 22)

Apologies, Mike and others, I should have sent out an email again rather than leaving it open. I'll talk to the chairs separately to see about advance scheduling of teleconferences when we need them to make it easier for individuals to plan ahead their calendars.

I believe there will not be need for a teleconference this week either; that is, no call May 6. I've made a group of edits (perhaps the last group) to the Compliance document, so look for a call for review from the chairs soon.
