Our next steps on this deliverable: 1) go implement the TPE!, and 2) gather implementation experience. We have a separate product in Tracker to track implementations*, but we can start with just sharing information on the mailing list. We may want to consider automated test suites (where possible) or questionnaires to manually check implementations of features.
