BuzzFeed tech reporter dnt question

Hello,

My name is Hamza Shaban and I'm BuzzFeed's new tech policy reporter.

I'm writing a story on Microsoft's dnt announcement and would also like to
learn about the working group's rationale for the March DNT standards.
