L.S.,

Do I understand the proposed definition correctly if I read it as
limiting its scope sufficiently to exclude registration of browsing
behaviour that does not result in requests for other URIs? For example
measurement time spent on a web page through javascript could be done
in such a way that it might fall outside the scope of this definition.
