thanks for raising this point.

I would ensure that there is an open issue covering the service provider def (I did not check).

furthermore ensure that one concrete text proposal is attached, which you can live with. (I will ask Nick to explain how 'attach' works in detail ;-)

By having an issue for such concerns, we are on the safe side.  Closing an issue as editorial is quick (if there is consensus).
