Going forward - the Process

Hi Peter - 

I apologize if I'm asking questions that have already been answered, but I
want to make sure I understand the process going forward.

Is it your expectation that the group provide comment (via list or wiki) on
every proposal that was submitted over the past week? Only those we disagree
with? Only those proposals which we have NOT previously provided feedback?

I'm happy to provide feedback, but I've already provided feedback in many
places and don't want to waste everyone's time rehashing previous
discussions.

If you or Nick could write out the process going forward from here, that
would be really helpful.
