Hi Jonathan, I've added this proposal to the relevant wiki page: http://www.w3.org/wiki/Privacy/TPWG/Change_Proposal_Transience_Collection I strongly suspect that this could be consolidated with the text Lee proposed yesterday, also based on the earlier EFF/Mozilla/Stanford draft. It seems that the "share" definition is functionally equivalent, but your proposal for collects uses "receives" rather than "comes within control".
