My recollection of issue-65 (logged in v. logged out) was that we had two proposals that were likely going to need to come before the chairs, with open action items associated with them. Yet, there were no open action items on this. I believed this was my fault and that I proposed closing action items that ought to have remained open, and their owners had forgotten what they were. It turns out to be a bit more complicated than that. The f2f minutes (http://www.w3.org/2012/04/10-dnt-minutes) capture the state I remembered for Issue-65. From the end of that discussion, we had the following actions: Action-157, Shane Action-158, Tom Action-159, David and Nick Of these, we currently have action-157 pending review with a great deal of mailing list discussion. Action-158 is closed from lack of work. Action-159 turned into a discussion of adjectives. The problem is not prematurely closed action items. Rather than just close action-195, I am going to take some additional time to summarize where I think we are and try to refocus the discussion, particularly around action-157. Aleecia
