For section 5.2.2 Representation, the following addition is suggested for the inclusion of a third party "auditor" element to the tracking resource policy:

An optional member named "Auditor" MAY be provided with a URI of a third party auditor, industry organization, assurance provider or certification authority to indicate the presence of a third party assessment that attests the entity will abide by its tracking policy.

Note: There can be multiple auditors and trusted third parties.
