Re: Identifying yourself to Zakim for teleconferences

Zakim still has a few quirks in his maintenance of the Present list, but with relatively minimal cleanup on my part we have a mostly complete list, only 7 unidentified (mostly from DC and Eastern Europe).

Again, instructions on how to identify yourself to Zakim are below.
