Roy, Thanks for this. As you'll have seen in an earlier email addressed to you, Shane, David and Aleecia, I'm happy to have my language included in your intro to the TPE. I have concerns about the intro's length and whether it belongs in the TPE or in Compliance and Scope. Whatever language is agreed, I'd think it should only be in one of the two specs. I like philosophy. I have a BA in philosophy. But we don't need or want to engage in endless debates.
