Hello WG,

As discussed on the last call, the chairs are hoping to find a time in September/October for a face-to-face meeting to be held in an EU location. We got a sense of some potential conflicts on the call, but we'd like to see likely attendees availability and conflicts, so please take a moment to fill out this Doodle poll.

Responses are requested before the upcoming WG call on Wednesday, though responses by the end of the week may still be used as input into scheduling.

The chairs and staff have been in contact with a number of potential hosts in EU cities. If you would be able to host a meeting of 60+ people (with WiFi for all their devices ;) on these dates, please get in touch with the chairs and me.

P.S. Apologies for delays on my part, I've been down with a cold. If you were expecting a response from me during the past several days and haven't received it, please accept my apologies. In particular, if there's something urgent I've missed, feel free to re-send and I'll try to get back to you soon. Thanks for your patience. :)
