	The Compliance editors have been hard at work on a strawman draft, which is coming along. 
	Justin will walk us through each section. The goal here is to review structure and help the 
	editors with feedback on anything they have missed, or text that is unclear. I know you will 
	all need more time for review prior to closing major issues (indeed, I also need time to review,) 
	but let us move toward our next publication.
