This is a Call for Review of a proposed recharter for the Distributed 
Tracing Working Group:

The deadline for responses is 03:59 UTC on 2025-06-03 (23:59, Boston 
time on 2025-06-02) [0].

The mission of the Distributed Tracing Working Group is to define 
standards for interoperability between tracing tools. This proposed new 
charter drops the Trace Context protocol bindings.

The proposed team resource for the group remains at 0.05 FTE.

Current participants will not need to re-join the group if the new 
charter is approved.

The current charter [1] is hereby extended until 30 June 2025 to 
accommodate the charter review period.
