Re: W3C TPAC 2019: Will your group meet in Fukuoka?

For the last TPAC, we had a fairly clear idea of what we wanted to
accomplish. If we can put together a similar plan and coordinate
conversations with other groups (Browser Performance, maybe?) it's easier
to justify the time to make the trip.
