(Regrettably we did not have time to collectively agree a summary, so what
follows is my summary.)

We went through a quick overview of the Portals proposal, API shape, and
use cases. Attendees raised questions about a variety of topics, including
security (X-Frame-Options, Content Security Policy, etc), resource
consumption/incentives, accessibility, author wishes to maintain control
after activation, and implementation details (such as use of OS processes).

(with special thanks to Ian Jacobs for scribing and Tess O'Connor for
saving the day by lending the appropriate AV adapter)
