FWD: Pointer Events Level 3 (Call for Wide Review)

Hello,

you may have already seen the public announcement calling for
wide/public review on
https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-review-announce/2024Mar/0004.html,
but wanted to explicitly draw this group's attention to it in case you
haven't. While we originally mentioned an ideal deadline of 12 June 2024
for feedback, happy to extend this further (seeing that I originally
relied on the automated announcement, but realising that I should have
pinged groups explicitly just to be sure).

See the revision history for details on what's changed in the latest
version
https://www.w3.org/TR/2018/WD-pointerevents2-20180404/#revision-history

Please file any review comments to

Abstract

The features in this specification extend or modify those found in
Pointer Events, a W3C Recommendation that describes events and related
interfaces for handling hardware agnostic pointer input from devices
including a mouse, pen, touchscreen, etc. For compatibility with
existing mouse based content, this specification also describes a
mapping to fire Mouse Events for other pointer device types.
