We just switched <https://github.com/w3c/pointerevents/commit/79e60122e7185bec4485dc7845ea2b49f018548b> the Pointer Events spec to the new (more permissive) W3C S&D license <https://www.w3.org/Consortium/Legal/2015/copyright-software-and-document>. I'd like to do the same for Touch Events, but the process isn't clear to me since we don't have a WG chartered for TE at the moment. Doug, is there any reason we can't just update the license in GitHub now? Obviously we'll still need to go through a chartering or other process when we get to the point of wanting to publish an official document. Thanks, Rick
