Draft agenda for TECG call: Mar 10

Here's a proposed agenda for our call tomorrow (Tuesday March 10th).
Perhaps this can be a short one.

1. mosueenter, mouseleave and touch compat/interop

Before we land our fix in Chromium I want to confirm which trade off IE is
using here, and hear a little more about how IE reconciles the WebKit-style
mouse emulation with the pointer events spec.  Perhaps this can be done
before the meeting over e-mail?
