Adding pointer to the "new spec" from TEE along with a "obsolete" notice?

While I still have mixed feelings on the fact that TE and PE will co-exist
for
even longer than anyone imagined, putting personal opinions aside:

I've heard some feedback from content authors that it's somewhat confusing
to have to look at two specs side by side just to know what is going on re.
Touch Events. (The original question was "where are these extra properties
documented", and ended up there)

I somewhat agree with that sentiment, and just wanted to bring up the point
that
we should add a big fat notice in the lines of "this document is obsolete"
along
with a pointer to the new spec when we are done.
