Re: Call for Consensus for transferring ownership of the WebVTT spec to be wholly owned by the TTWG

Thanks to all who responded to this Call for Consensus. The review period
has ended.

There were 4 responses in support, no responses against. Also, when this
was discussed at the prior TTWG call, the sentiment was positive.

I declare that we have consensus to transferring ownership of the WebVTT
spec to be wholly owned by the TTWG.

DECISION:Transfer ownership of the WebVTT spec to be wholly owned by the
TTWG.

Thanks all,
Gary, as Chair.
