Thanks to all who responded to this Call for Consensus. The review period has ended. There were 4 responses in support, no responses against. Also, when this was discussed at the prior TTWG call, the sentiment was positive. I declare that we have consensus to transferring ownership of the WebVTT spec to be wholly owned by the TTWG.
