marcoscaceres has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/webvtt: == Remove all `<pre class=anchors>` == The spec currently uses `<pre class=anchors>` to hard code links. Those shouldn't are needed, as definitions are exported (and where they are not, we should get them exported from the appropriate specs).
