himorin has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/webvtt: == Update spec to be owned by Timed-Text WG sorely == Current spec has joint coordination by two groups (CG+WG), but we are transitioning WebVTT spec to be updated and developed sorely by TTWG recently. This is a tracker issue for this transition. - `w3c.json` is already with TTWG only - [ ] need to update SoTD - [ ] update README - ... anything else?
