Welcome of new co-editor

Hi all,

as you're probably aware, we've been looking to add more manpower to
the editing team over the last months.

I'm now very happy to be able to announce that Gary Katsevman from
Brighcove has volunteered to hand a helping a hand and co-edit the
WebVTT spec.

His goal is to improve rendering for captions and support the
development of the next version of WebVTT which will include many more
use cases around timed metadata, audio descriptions and the like.

We have plenty of issues to address: https://github.com/w3c/webvtt/issues .

Please make him feel welcome and start digging out your favorite
issues to bring them back to the discussion.
