[webvtt] VTTRegion API Overview regionAnchorY not defined

BenjaminSchaaf has just created a new issue for 
https://github.com/w3c/webvtt:

== VTTRegion API Overview regionAnchorY not defined ==
In the overview of the [VTTRegion 
interface](https://w3c.github.io/webvtt/#the-vttregion-interface) 
(underneath in the interface definition), the second `regionAnchorX` 
should be named `regionAnchorY`.
