silviapfeiffer has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/webvtt: == CR bug: support scrolling for vertically rendered text == https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=28268 The whole region concept has been defined for horizontal cues at this stage only, including scrolling.
