I have a suggested resolution in the bug (in both bugzilla and github). Summary: leave out rp (not needed), mention rb explicity (currently implicitly included), leave rbc and rtc to future

Comment, please? Otherwise I suggest the editors include the suggested selectors (see the relayed message from Bert Bos).

I moved the authoring guide to the Wiki. I suggest we provide an informative link to it and defer this bug.

I also drafted a Security and Privacy Considerations section. I assume we can include that and iterate on it.

I’d like to ask the editors to
* do the minor ruby edit (mention rb)
* include the security and privacy considerations
* add the selectors recommended by CSS (perhaps)
* add a section for ‘features at risk’ but don’t populate it yet
* add the informative link to the authoring guide

and then we’ll ask for WG approval for this disposition, and do a fast second wide-review, populate the ‘at risk’ section, and ask for CR.

Agreed?
