https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=28474 Bug ID: 28474 Summary: [WebVTT] Regions should be CSS-selectable by ID Product: TextTracks CG Version: unspecified Hardware: PC OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: WebVTT Assignee: dave.null@w3.org Reporter: silviapfeiffer1@gmail.com QA Contact: public-texttracks@w3.org CC: philipj@opera.com, silviapfeiffer1@gmail.com Feedback by the CSS WG, see http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-tt/2015Apr/0007.html Even though regions have an ID, it looks like you can't select by it. All you can do is apply styles to all regions. What's the purpose of this, then? It seems equivalent to ::cue with no argument, except maybe the background property would apply over a wider box. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the QA Contact for the bug.
