VTTCue is positioned in the horizontal direction using position, size and
align. That seems to cover the same functionality as VTTRegion's width,
regionAnchorX/Y and viewportAnchorX/Y, so it would be nice to only have a
single model to work with, both for authors and implementations where those
bits could be shared.
