FOMS notes about WebVTT discussions

Hi everyone,

In November last year at the Foundations of Open Media Software and
Standards developer workshop, we had a big focus on discussing WebVTT.

There are minutes of the discussions on the Website:

I've written a blog post with the things that I took away, which I
think is fairly important to share here:

I will start a separate discussion about unifying the rendering
approach. All the other issues seem to have open bugs. But if you want
to discuss any of the topics, feel free to start a new email thread.
