Thanks jb, that looks useful as a reference. Would you happen to know where the extended characters "THAT COME FROM HI BYTE=0x12 AND LOW BETWEEN 0x20 AND 0x3F" and "THAT COME FROM HI BYTE=0x13 AND LOW BETWEEN 0x20 AND 0x3F" are actually defined? Also, do you know of a tool to mux arbitrary 608 data with an existing caption-less file for testing?
