Hi as part of TPAC, the Timed Text working group will be meeting, and as there is a plan to take VTT to rec. status in the context of that WG, they are suggesting that we allocate some time for Interested Parties who are also Present at TPAC to discuss this work. I realized that the times allocated to timed text mean that there are conflicts (well, with so many parallel sessions, there are also conflicts) but the current thought is to find an hour or so that at least does not overlap other stuff too much. HTML is expected to discuss media on Thursday, and CSS is meeting Monday/Tuesday, and Timed Text on Monday/Friday. I think the current suggestion is an hour or so on Friday. So, questions for the illustrious VTTers: * are you in the category of Interested Party and will be Present at TPAC? * if so, is the suggested time and duration good? * do you have agenda items to contribute in advance? Feel free to reply to the group or to me personally Thanks, hoping to see you in Shenzhen! David Singer Multimedia and Software Standards, Apple Inc.
