That's just creating WebVTT cues from JS. I would move the constructor to
WebVTTCue, so that the hiearachy is:
EventTarget

TextTrackCue -----------------------+

WebVTTCue (has constructor) FooTTCue (has constructor)
...where "FooTT" is some other text track format.
