Hi Ian, David, all, I finally managed to get access to dev.w3.org and have just updated http://dev.w3.org/html5/webvtt/ with the new file. I used the static file created from the editors draft at https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/text-tracks/raw-file/default/webvtt/webvtt.html . I'll be using this process from now on to publish new versions of the spec. Cheers, Silvia.
