If these are CSS WG requirements, and at the risk of sounding like a broken record, it would be really useful to have them written down somewhere and backed-up by concrete use cases. Without input from the CSS WG on those issues, it's going to be increasingly difficult to handle the WG's requirements within the common infrastructure that is getting built, e.g.: the test server James Graham is building. --
