There's been a bunch of people recently commenting on having to install Ahem to run some of the WPT tests locally; this has always been somewhat contentious but as far as I can recall this was done because of the long-tail of tests imported from elsewhere that relied on Ahem being available. Given the number of people who've taken issue with this (given added complexity to run the tests), do we want to reconsider this policy and require fonts that use Ahem to include it as a web font? Note that this will involve updating ~3773 files to include it as a web font, so there's a significant cost in changing the long tail of tests, and I'm thus against changing policy unless someone volunteers to undertake that work. /Geoffrey
